Tigers Plus (9yo+)

Welcome to our thrilling 60-minute Tigers Plus classes – designed specifically for our older gymnastics warriors!  If you've been with us for at least 3 consecutive Tigers sessions and are eager to take on challenging skills with confidence and determination, this class is tailor-made for you.

​

In this class, you'll join other talented gymnasts who are equally hungry for a challenge, creating a supportive and inspiring environment for you to shine. Get ready to refine your technique on back/front walkovers, one-handed cartwheels, aerial introductions, leaps, vaulting, connecting bar skills, and beam techniques. You'll be amazed as you craft your skills to perfection and tackle moves you once thought were impossible. Our coaches will be there every step of the way, providing positive reinforcement and guidance as you conquer new heights.

Classes are open to all genders and taught by USAG certified coaches in an all-bodies-welcome environment, ensuring a welcoming space for every gymnast to thrive!

Class policies:

​

  • Pre-requisite: Must have taken at least 3 consecutive Tigers sessions.

  • For our Winter session, children must be 9yo by January 6th.

  • We do not offer trial classes or drop-ins.

Winter 2025 Schedule:

Pre-requisite: Must have taken at least 3 consecutive Tigers sessions.​

Winter 2025 Registration

Priority registration (for currently registered session-based families): opens on October 21st. Families will receive an email to register on that day.

General registration (for all other families): opens on October 30th at 9am. A link to register will be available on our website.

The IG Conditioning Challenge
 

Elevate your abilities, boost your strength, and enhance your flexibility with our exciting IG Conditioning Challenge!

Here's How It Works:

​

Gymnasts will embark on a journey of mini-workouts designed to be completed comfortably in approximately 10 minutes each. There's no need to rush; take your time and enjoy the process.

​

After you've successfully completed each workout, simply mark it off on our tracker. Once you've accomplished three workouts every week, for a total of four weeks, submit your tracker to our front desk at the end of the month.

​

As a token of your accomplishment, you'll be awarded a special achievement band! But that's not all – you have the opportunity to collect all ten dazzling colors from September to June.

​
